In addition, we are not trying to sell you anything. We have no stake in which hotels you stay in, which restaurants you dine at or which airlines you fly. We are not travel agents or travel guides, we just love to travel, luxury, 5-star, high-end travel.

Over the past few years we have been around the world; from Australia to Zanzibar, South Africa to Sri Lanka, The Maldives, The Caribbean and The Middle East and hundreds of places in between.

During our travels, or should I say, prior to each new trip; as we searched the internet, we realized there were not many websites that offer first-hand, unbiased reviews and information about luxury and boutique hotels, 5-star resorts, great restaurants and high-end travel. We decided that maybe we could help fill that gap and we began making notes, taking pictures and trying to capture the bad, the good, the great and the bombastic of all the places we have been.

Over the years, we have learned that travel is about the whole experience, not just visiting a new place. The experience is made of many things: the hotel, the staff, the décor and the ambiance, the food, the drinks and the service, not just at the hotel but at the local shops and restaurants too. Travel should be about building memories that last a lifetime, a bombastic lifetime.
